One Time Consultation: Includes Budgeting, Custom To-Do timeline checklist, and vendor recommendations

Pre-Planning: Includes 3 personal meetings. We will develop a detailed and realistic  budget together and I will contact area vendors on your behalf to find the best reception venue, flowers, catering, photography, decorating, videography, DJ and limousine services (or your selected services) to fit your budget. I also work on vendor contract negotiations to ensure you are getting the best prices possible.*

*I can also attend meetings with vendors you select as needed for additional

Rehearsal Dinner: Includes venue selection, menu planning, decoration (actual décor not provided) 

Rehearsal and Ceremony: I will attend both to organize your attendants and families in their roles for the wedding and tend to any little mishaps that might cause you stress on your big day!*

Reception Planning: This is probably the most important feature of the wedding event – you spend the most time at your reception and it’s generally for a large group and can take months to plan. This is my specialty as well. Reception planning includes meeting with you to discuss menus, table layouts, centerpieces, ideas for  decorating for the venue, vendor recommendations and budgeting. No details are left unattended.*

Hourly Services:  I am able to replicate many centerpieces that you might find online, or in wedding magazines for a much more reasonable rate using high quality silk flowers and wholesale materials. If you find a centerpiece you want custom made for you, we can discuss an estimate of how long it would take to create for you. Rates do not include materials. 

Decoration Services: Labor to put on chair covers, put up elaborate centerpieces and décor can be purchased at an hourly rate. If additional staff is necessary, an hourly rate applies to each additional staff member needed.
